1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Black Gold Farm ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website, customer portal, and e-commerce dairy ordering service.

2. Customer Accounts & Security

When creating an account on Black Gold Farm, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your name, mobile contact, delivery addresses, and payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and passwords.

3. Product Descriptions & Pricing

We strive to display our dairy product offerings, prices, pack sizes, and nutritional information as accurately as possible. Because our livestock are nourished naturally without synthetic chemical feed additives, natural seasonal variations in milk fat percentage (SNF and natural butterfat) may occur between summer and winter seasons. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change with advance notice on the website.

4. Orders, Subscriptions & Payments

By placing an order or activating a subscription through our online storefront, you authorize Black Gold Farm to charge the designated payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or Cash on Delivery) for the total order value, including applicable delivery fees.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to brand marks, logos, photographs, text narratives, farm software ERP interfaces, and graphic assets are the proprietary property of Black Gold Farm and are protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Black Gold Farm, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, delayed deliveries due to severe weather/traffic gridlocks, or improper customer handling of perishable milk after delivery.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Black Gold Farm and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Satara / Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise.
