Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Overview & Cold-Chain Integrity

Black Gold Farm ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to delivering raw, unadulterated A2 milk and fresh artisanal dairy products directly from our farm sheds to your residence. Due to the perishable nature of raw milk, curd, and paneer, our logistics operate under strict cold-chain protocols maintaining temperatures below 4°C during storage and transit.

2. Service Areas & Pincode Verification

We deliver fresh dairy products across designated routes in Satara, Karad, and adjacent Pune-Bangalore highway sectors. Customers can verify whether their specific pincode is serviceable by entering their address during checkout or by reviewing our Delivery Information page. Non-perishable items such as Vedic Bilona Ghee are eligible for courier dispatch across Maharashtra and broader India.

3. Dispatch Windows & Delivery Slots

• Morning Fresh Slot: Dispatched between 6:00 AM and 8:30 AM. Orders and subscription changes must be finalized by 9:00 PM the previous evening.
• Evening Dairy Slot: Dispatched between 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM for eligible commercial and residential hubs. Cut-off is 1:00 PM same day.

4. Delivery Charges & Minimum Order Criteria

Orders of ₹500 and above qualify for Free Delivery. For orders below ₹500, a nominal delivery fee of ₹40 is added at checkout to cover temperature-insulated transit packaging. Minimum order requirement on all routes is ₹100.

5. Customer Receiving Responsibility

Because fresh raw milk is free from chemical preservatives, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery or that an insulated bag/cooler box is placed outside the doorway. We recommend immediately transferring received milk and paneer into refrigeration at 4°C or below.

6. Farm Dispatch Pickup

Customers may also choose the "Farm Direct Pickup" option during checkout. Orders can be collected directly from the Black Gold Farm dispatch desk located at Survey No. 128/2, Golden Pastures Valley, Satara between 6:00 AM and 11:00 AM daily with zero delivery fee.
